Turner C. Scott, a former Solicitor for the City of Newport and Assistant Solicitor for the Town of Middletown, has extensive experience in municipal law, including zoning, property taxation, and other administrative matters. Mr. Scott is a distinguished military graduate of the Virginia Military Institute, served in the U.S. Army, and recently retired from the Rhode Island National Guard with the rank of Colonel. Mr. Scott also engages in general civil practice, including litigation, condominium law, environmental law, real estate transactions, and wills.
