Michael W. Miller concentrates his practice in real estate, representing lenders, sellers and borrowers in commercial and residential transactions. A graduate of the University of Rhode Island and Fordham University School of Law, Mr. Miller is a member of the Rhode Island Mortgage Bankers Association, the Advisory Council of the Chicago Title Insurance Company, and an affiliate member of the Newport County Board of Realtors. He has substantial experience in municipal law and administration of estates. He represents a number of businesses and practices administrative law before state and local boards, state appointed mediators, and the American Arbitration Association.
